Minimum Code is now a Gold Bubble agency – and why that matters

2026 started with a great milestone for us.

Minimum Code is now officially a Gold Bubble agency.

We are the only Gold-level Bubble partner in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This blog is about how we got here and why it matters if you are building a serious software product on Bubble.

From traditional software to no-code

Before starting Minimum Code, I worked as a project manager in a traditional software development agency.

I watched projects drag on for months.
Budgets exploded.
Feature lists kept growing.

And in the end, founders often received something slow, expensive, and full of things nobody really needed.

That experience shaped how I think about product development.

Execution speed decides founder success.

Speed comes from two things:

• What you build — cut scope, focus on what matters, ship early.
• How you build — use low-code and AI to move faster.

When I discovered no-code, and later Bubble, it felt like closing a loop.

Finally, there was a way to build real software at startup speed, without sacrificing quality.

Minimum Code started with that belief.

What Gold partner status really represents

Gold partner status is not something you apply for casually.

It reflects:

• Real apps in production
• Founders running their entire business on Bubble
• Revenue generating products
• Long-term client relationships
• Proven technical expertise

Over the past four years, we’ve built 50+ apps. Some have since been closed, but most are scaling with either paying customers or internal tools with live users.

A large part of our work also comes from fixing and scaling Bubble apps that were built by others. Poor database design. Messy workflows. No performance thinking. No plan for growth.

This is much harder than building from scratch and we’re particularly proud to be really really good at fixing “bad” Bubble apps.

The Gold status is the result of a lot of hard work and doing things right.
