Rethink Culture initially relied on manual processes, with the founder creating custom Google Sheets and slides for each client, which was time-consuming and limited scalability. They needed a solution to streamline launching surveys and processing results automatically to keep up with growing demand and deliver company culture insights.

Solution

We built a powerful Bubble app for Rethink Culture, integrating Paperform for seamless survey launches and ApexCharts.js for dynamic dashboards and visualizations. The onboarding process now includes a QR code scanning system, enhancing user experience. Detailed data analysis tools were developed to provide clients with comprehensive insights, making the platform scalable and efficient for culture health assessments.
